CARIBAE KISS – RETURN, STORE CREDIT & REFUND POLICY
Our Commitment
Caribae Kiss creates premium Caribbean-inspired accessories designed with care and cultural pride. While we aim for every order to arrive perfectly, we understand that issues can occasionally occur. Our policy below outlines how we handle returns, store credit, and refunds clearly and fairly.
RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Store credit only is issued for approved returns. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method except in limited circumstances outlined below.

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, store credit, or refund unless they arrive defective.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition to qualify for store credit.

Press-on nails and personal-use accessories are not eligible for return once opened or used due to hygiene and safety reasons.
REFUNDS (LIMITED & CASE-SPECIFIC)
Refunds are issued only when the issue is the result of a Caribae Kiss error and the item cannot reasonably be resold.
Refunds may be approved in the following cases:

The item arrives damaged due to manufacturing or packing defects

The item is incorrect (wrong country, size, or variation sent)

The item is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier
Conditions for refund eligibility:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Clear photo or video evidence must be provided

The damage or issue must not be caused by customer misuse, wear, or handling
When appropriate, replacement or store credit may be offered in place of a refund at our discretion.
NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds will not be issued for the following:

Change of mind or personal preference

Incorrect selection made at checkout

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, force, water, heat, or improper handling

Items that have been used, altered, or exposed to personal wear

Requests submitted outside the stated reporting window
RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Caribae Kiss is not responsible for return packages lost or delayed in transit.

Returns sent using the incorrect carrier may be lost or destroyed and will void eligibility for store credit or refund.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video documentation so we can assist you promptly.
Approved claims may result in:

A refund (in limited, qualifying cases)
PAYMENT PROVIDERS
Orders placed using Shop Pay Installments, Afterpay, PayPal, or other third-party payment providers are subject to this same policy. Payment agreements with those providers remain in effect even if store credit or a refund is issued.
FINAL NOTES

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Caribae Kiss is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the criteria outlined above.
EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Right
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for any reason, without providing justification (the "cooling-off period").
To exercise this right, notify us at info@caribaekiss.com within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item(s) in their original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The cooling-off right does not apply to customized/personalized products or sealed hygiene goods that have been opened after delivery.
