Product Availability
Caribae Kiss releases limited-quantity, Caribbean-inspired accessories designed to celebrate culture and identity. Due to the nature of our collections and demand for certain designs, items may sell out quickly.
While we make every effort to keep product availability accurate, the display of an item on our website does not guarantee that it is in stock at the time of purchase. In some cases, products may continue to appear online to allow customers to join restock notifications.
If an item you purchase is no longer available, you will be notified promptly and issued a refund for the unavailable item and any applicable shipping charges related to that item.

Once an order has been marked as delivered according to the carrier’s tracking information, Caribae Kiss is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Any delivery disputes must be directed to the shipping carrier.
By placing an order, the customer agrees not to file chargebacks or payment disputes for issues covered by our stated policies.
